*KSTA Gun Calendar Raffle Rules

• No one under the age of 21 may purchase a calendar or win a firearm.
• The original purchaser of the calendar is the only person eligible to win the firearm. No substitutions can be made.
• Calendars are $100.00 and limited to 1,000 calendars.
• Each calendar constitutes an equal chance to win every Wednesday during the “Win a Weapon Wednesday” drawings. Individuals are allowed to win multiple times throughout the calendar year.
• All winners and additional info will be posted on the official calendar website weekly: https://kstroopers.com/calendar
• Only online credit card payments are accepted for the sale of the calendar. Cash and checks will not be accepted.
• Winners need not be present to win. Winning calendars will be drawn using a computerized Random Number Generating Program.
• Winners will be notified (email/phone) with instructions regarding how to claim your firearm.
• The winning calendar for each gun receives the specified firearm printed on the calendar for that day. No cash alternative or equivalent will be offered in place of the firearm. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the firearm prize, it will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
• All firearms must be claimed within thirty (30) days after the notification is made. After 30 days, all unclaimed firearms become property of the Kansas State Troopers Association (KSTA).
• Compliance with all state and federal firearm laws and regulations must be met before you can receive a firearm.
• All firearm winners are responsible for any fees (shipping, FFL transfer, taxes, etc.).
• KSTA reserves the right to substitute any firearm prize if needed based on the manufacturer’s available inventory.
• The actual firearm prize and value may vary slightly from the weekly pictures of the firearms in the calendar.
• KSTA is a 501(c)5 nonprofit and contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes.
• This raffle is conducted under the Kansas State Troopers Association Raffle License issued by the state of Kansas #RAF000275.
• Calendars are sponsored by the Kansas State Troopers Association.
• All winners, gun list, rules, and other calendar info will be posted online on this page: https://kstroopers.com/calendar

Additional Purchase Details

• Orders must be completed online and paid with a credit card.
• You can purchase multiple calendars for additional chances to win.
• A calendar number will be assigned after purchase by KSTA. 
• Weekly drawings will be based on your calendar number.
• Calendars will be mailed in early December.
• Purchases made before Oct. 31 are still eligible for the special earlybird raffle prize drawing on Oct. 31, even if the physical calendar has not yet arrived.
