Photo Contest Open for 2027 KSTA Calendar

Submit your photos now for the 2027 KSTA Calendar Contest!

The submission deadline is April 15, and we’d love to see your best shots that showcase the Kansas Highway Patrol and Kansas Troopers.

Photo Guidelines

Photos must relate to the Kansas Highway Patrol or Kansas Troopers (vehicles, equipment, scenes from the road, people with permission, etc.)
Historical KHP photos are welcome as we celebrate KHP’s 90th Anniversary in 2027
Photos must be taken in Kansas
Please submit 10 photos or fewer
Digital photos only (or high-quality scans of historical photos)
Horizontal orientation works best
Use the highest quality setting on your camera
Good lighting is essential
Photos from all seasons are encouraged
Images must be suitable for reproduction at 8x10 or larger

Usage & Permissions
All submitted photos become the property of KSTA. By submitting, you grant permission for KSTA to use images in the calendar and other promotional materials, including the Kansas Trooper magazine and the KSTA website. No reimbursement will be issued. KSTA will not sell your photos to another party.

Welcome to our new website! The new website features include:

new mobile-friendly design
updated content
Kansas Trooper Foundation pages
new online membership renewal options for KHP retirees at the end of the year
new ways to engage with other members
easier ways to register for events (coming soon)
and more!

Members - to login for the first time, click on the login link in the upper right. Click on forgot password to get an email with more instructions. Once you have set your password, you can view the new members only section and resources just for members.
